Rene Marie Russo was an American actress, director as well as a supermodel. Rene Marie Russo is an American actor, film maker and former supermodel. She is known for her elegant beauty. The longevity of her career in a competitive and crowded industry shows her skills and talent in the field of performance. She began her career modeling in the 1970s before becoming one of the most well-known models. Then, in the mid 1990s she started studying acting and theatre. Then she moved to Los Angeles and California she made her first stage appearances. Russo first made her television debut on ABCs Sable as Eden Kendell, in 1987. Two years later she played Tom Berengers love interest in her debut film Major League. Her initial doubts were about her talent as an actor but the critics became confident after her steady work. She was praised for her performance on Wolfgang Petersen's Outbreak in which she was competing with Dustin Hoffman and Morgan Freeman. However, according to her own statements, she was never passionate about the acting. She was in 2005 when she went on a break that was forced by herself. After a long break, she came back with her role in Thor. She also appeared in the Oscar winner film Nightcrawler that was written and produced by her husband. The Intern, and Just Getting Started were humorous comedies where she was the lead.
Rose Namajunas was one of the top female athletes in the UFC. Her professional journey began as an amateur athlete, participating in various regional promotion prior to signing with Invicta Fighting Championships. And then she joined Ultimate Fighting Championships. Due to her successes within and outside of the Octagon, Namajunas is an everyday word ever since her joining the UFC. Namajunas had his birth on the 29th of June 1992, within Milwaukee Wisconsin. He was raised by an ethnically diverse Lithuanian family. Rose was a basketball player and kickboxing as she grew to maturity. Invicta Fighting Championships signed her at age 18 and she went on to beat two opponents via submission. Dana White noticed this and in December 2014, aged 22 she signed her for a fight as a strawweight with UFC. Rose has experienced highs and lows in her career, however, she has always come out triumphant. Rose took on Carla Esparza in April 2015 in the Women's Strawweight Title. She won the fight by technical knockout within 3 minutes of the first round. It was the first ever female to fight to win a title in any major promotion worldwide. Namajunas was able to record many other victories, including 2 victories over Joanna Jedrzejczyk that earned her the title of Performance of the Night by UFC.
